Cinnamon & Almond Cookies

Today we REALLY fancied some cookies so made these on a whim and they ended up being so tasty! Almond butter is our favourite nut butter so we obviously chose to use that, add cinnamon and Nakd Nibbles and you have the perfect partnership!

Ingredients:
4 Tbsp Water
½ Scoop VitaFiber™ Powder (8g approx.)
1 Heaped Tbsp Almond Butter (45g approx.)
1 Tbsp Sweet Freedom/ Agave Nectar
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey
½ Tbsp Cinnamon
½ Pack Nakd Toffee Nibbles

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 Degrees C.

Add water to a bowl or pan and either microwave for 20 seconds or heat up till water smokes slightly.

Mix in vitafiber and microwave for 30 seconds and stir vigorously till powder dissolved OR add to pan and keep mixing till dissolved.

Add in almond butter, followed by whey and cinnamon, then agave nectar and finally massage in the nibbles.

Use any flavour whey you prefer, this cookie recipe is perfectly customisable to suit your favourite flavours!

Divide into 4 balls (or more smaller balls if your prefer) and press onto a silicone sheet or lined baking pan.

Bake for 15minutes until golden but still slightly soft to the touch.
