This recipe came about in a haste, we needed something quick for snacking the next day, something sweet always needs to fit into our daily meal plans… So we threw a few ingredients together and voila! A friend even said they tasted like Jammy Dodgers…. Winninggggg!
100g Cashew Butter (Or other that you may prefer)
1 Scoop (30g) Bulkpowders Raspberry Whey
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
2.5 Tbsp Almond Milk
¾ Scoop Bulkpowders Egg White Powder
4g Freeze Dried Raspberries
1 Tsp Sweet Freedom
White Chocolate for coating (optional)
Add all ingredients into a bowl as listed, mixing after each one, roll into balls AND Done. Simple as that!
For a more indulgent treat coat them in white chocolate or even dark chocolate!
Recipe yielded 12 balls.
