Finding time to prep meals is often hard when making private cake orders + baking fresh weekly stock. So, very often we have to find ways to minimise food prep time to maximise baking time, which is where these come in. Omelettes are pretty effortless things to make, BUT now its even easier! No need to flip over them, make any mess or even dirty a pan! These simple delights will quite literally save your daily dietary routine AND add a few more minutes to your time. PLUS, they are pretty good on macros too! Win!

Ingredients

7 Egg Whites
20g Fresh Spinach Leaves
4 Slices Wafer Thin Cooked Ham
2 Tbsp Tomato Puree
30g Mozarella
1 Tsp Oregano
Sprinkle of Salt & Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 180-200 degrees.

Grab a round silicone mould, ours is 8inch diameter approximately, just a standard one we purchased from Morrisons supermarket, nothing fancy.

Add the egg whites, then chop up the rest of the ingredients and drop in. Lastly, sprinkling mozarella over the top. You can pretty much add ANYTHING you like, we have made so many different variations already. Chopped cherry tomatoes work really well, spinach, kale, olives… seriously anything! If you are making these for two, you can even make half & half.

 

 

Bake for approx 15minutes until baked through and mozarella is golden.

Eat immediately or pack away for the next day, tastes just as good either way!

Get as creative as you want, there really is no wrong or right!
