Whip these soft protein bars in no less than 5 minutes! Perfect bars for prepping in advance as they keep perfectly wrapped up in fridge for ages! Best of all, you can make them in the flavour you prefer by changing up the whey and apple pieces to whatever you like best.
1 Cup Coconut Flour
1.5 Cup Applesauce (or apple puree baby pot)
3 Scoop Bulkpowders Apple Crumble & Custard Whey
30g Dried Apple Pieces
25g Gluten Free Oats
30g Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate
¼ Tsp Coconut Oil
Mix all the ingredients except for the chocolate, using your hands towards the end to really mix it in well and press into a greaseproof paper lined tray or silicone mold.
Once pressed, melt chocolate and coconut oil and drizzle lightly over your pressed mix and pop in the freezer or fridge to set.
Then when set, remove, cut up into pieces and enjoy. Wrap them up and store them in fridge or freezer or eat up immediately, tasty either way!
Makes 8 large bars or 16 normal bars.
