Nut butter is awesome, chocolate… even more so! But if you are on poverty macros, they tend to be your very worst enemy! So, here is a more diet-friendly option for when you just NEED chocolate and peanut butter!

 

Ingredients

10g Coconut Oil*

2 Tbsp PB2 (any flavor of choice)

2-4 Tbsp Water

1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa

2 Drops Dark Chocolate Stevia

 

*Can be omitted but the oil gives it a nice spreadable and thicker ‘buttery’ consistency. Alternatively, just add a tiny bit less if you want to play with the final macros for this.

 

Directions

Melt coconut oil in a bowl in microwave or in a pan, then proceed to add the rest of the ingredients slowly, mixing vigorously with spoon or fork. (Mix will be too tiny amount for a whisk).

 

Then, proceed to lather up your warmed up Quest Bar with the nut butter mix and devour. (Duh) If not, you can store it in a sealable container for the next day, tastes just as good too.
