Choc Protein Loaf

Ingredients

1 Cup Gluten-Free Oats

3 Scoop Chocolate Whey

4 Egg Whites

¾ Cup Total 0% Yoghurt/ 1 small pot

½ Cup Granulated Sweetener of choice

3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

½ Tsp Baking Soda

2 Medium Bananas (Mashed)

½ Tsp Banana Extract

 

Directions

Preheat oven to approx. 170 Degrees C.

 

Mash bananas in bowl first (if you have not done so already) then proceed to add all the rest of the ingredients, in no particular order. Mix well.

 

Bake for 20-30mins until cooked through and browned on top. Check my digging a sharp knife in centre, if it comes out clean its ready.

 

Remove from oven and leave to cool completely before slicing.
