5 Egg Whites
2 Scoop Chocolate Whey
1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
2 Tbsp Quark
40g Almond Flour
½ Tsp Coconut Oil
50g Philadelphia Light
5g Sweet Freedom Choc Shot
1 Drop Stevia
Add coconut oil to a non-stick pan and switch to medium-high heat.
In a measuring jug, whisk together the rest of your ingredients and begin pancaking away by pouring batter bit by bit onto your hot pan. They wont take long to cook due to their thin consistency, so be sure to flip it over as soon as.
The batter will be runny and thin, so your pancakes will also be like this.
If you find your pancakes are burning, you may need to reduce heat.
Serve with your *frosting as I did, some low calorie sauces, nut butters, choc bars or all 3 if you are lucky enough to fit it in your daily macros!!
