Supersized Protein Donut

Donuts are awesome, even more so, when they are SUPERSIZED like this one! Sandwiched and topped with our fave Choc Nut Butter Spread, you can make it as crazy as you want and in the flavour you most desire!

 

Ingredients

1 Cup Gluten-Free Quick Cook Oats

1 Cup Ground GF Oats

3 Scoop Bulkpowders Banana Fudge Whey

1 Mashed Banana

1 Tbsp Quark (Or 2 Tbsp Applesauce)

½ Cup Unsweetened Almond Millk

½ Tsp Banana Extract

4 Egg Whites

1 Egg

½ Tsp Baking Soda

1 Tsp Cider Vinegar

 

Directions

Preheat oven to appox 160-170 Degrees C.

Mix all your ingredients thoroughly in a bowl, adding the vinegar last.

Pour equally into your giant donut mold* and bake for approximately 30mins or until golden brown.

*Donut mould not necessary, use any that you prefer. You may need to adjust baking time if making muffins.
