Choc Peanut Butter Protein Pizza

After buying some Reeses Peanut Butter chips for the very first time, our excitement was too much for us to handle! We just HAD to make something with them, so… after much deliberation, decided to go with a Choc PB Protein Pizza. You cant go wrong with that right?

Ingredients

4 Egg Whites

1 Scoop Chocolate Peanut Whey*

20g Ground Oats

1 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt

1 Tbsp PB2 or Powdered Peanut Butter (any flavor)

1 Tsp Coconut Oil

Topping

As per our choc pb spread recipe,

Omitting cocoa and sweetener for 1 Tbsp Choc Shot**

15g Reeses Chips (1 tbsp approx.)

1 Tbsp PB2 mixed with water to make a runny sauce.

*Can sub with Chocolate Whey

** Can keep original recipe, however macros will differ.

Directions

Mix together first ingredients to make the base, in a measuring jug so its easier to pour into your pan. Heat up your (preferably non-stick) pan on medium heat, add coconut oil and pour all of your batter once your pan is hot enough and oil melted. Make sure heat is not too high or your base will burn.

Flip over as you would a pancake and make sure both sides are cooked and its soft and spongy to the touch.

Flip onto a plate and leave to cool.

Once cooled, add your topping, sprinkle with chips, drizzle with sauce and enjoy!

Tasty is an understament!

NOTE: Use the very same recipe used for the base to make pancakes too!
